Child Dedication
A Child Dedication is a special and joyful occasion where parents give thanks to God for the gift of their child and make a commitment to raise them in a loving Christian environment.
During the service, parents, family, friends, and the church family come together to pray for the child and support the family as they begin this important journey together.
At Brixington Community Church, we see Child Dedication as a celebration of God’s love, guidance, and blessing upon each child and their family. It is also an opportunity for the church community to encourage and support parents in bringing up their children in faith and love.
