Alpha Courses
These courses are for anyone who would like to explore further the basics of the Christian faith. Alpha brings together people from all walks of life who are curious about faith.

Growth Groups
Growth Groups are a great place to connect and explore and grow in your faith. They are groups of up to 12 people usually meeting in someone’s home and will include coffee, chat, fun and friendship. Discover Life -Who is Jesus Christ?
Current estimates state that there are over 2 billion people who identify as a Christian.
A Christian is a person who believes that Jesus Christ, is God’s only son, who came to earth as God in human form. To demonstrate that God our Father loves us and wants us to know Him. Through faith, a Christian believes in Salvation put simply, it means all the wrongs( sin) in our life can be forgiven because Jesus paid the price for our sin on a cross. This forgiveness means our relationship with God is restored, we are re-born and can have a complete fresh start in life through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Alternatively, we run a widely recognised Alpha course, which explores the basics of the Christian faith with others.
We also run growth groups to learn together, these happen most days of the week meeting in each others homes or at the church hall.

Discover Prayer
2000 years ago a follower of Jesus asked Him,”Lord, teach us to pray.” Jesus replied by saying what is now called the ‘Lord’s Prayer.’ The prayer is written here:
Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins
as we forgive those who sin against us.
Lead us not into temptation
but deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom, the power,
and the glory are yours
now and for ever.
