Standing Order Form

There are two ways to do this:

1. Set up a standing order

• Set it up with your bank and contact us to let us know:
  • Payable to: Brixington Community Church
    Bank: CAF Bank

    Sort Code: 40-52-40
• Alternatively, you can ask us to set it up for you. Download, complete and sign this form and return it to us. We can then send it to your bank for you.

2. Give via a charitable aid agency: Stewardship or CAF
